Refund policy

At Amen Fragrances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you have up to 14 days from the date of receipt to return the product(s) for a refund or exchange. Please read the details below to ensure a smooth return process.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned in the same condition as received, with original tags still attached.
  • Items must be placed back in their original packaging, folded correctly and neatly in the return bag.
  • Products must be in a re-saleable condition, with no visible wear and tear or damage.
  • Items with tags removed will be deemed non-returnable.

How to Return Your Parcel

  1. Complete the Returns Form

    • Include the returns form template provided with your original order.
    • If you have misplaced the form, please include a piece of paper with your name, order number, and a brief explanation of why you are returning the item(s).
  2. Packaging Your Return

    • Ensure the items are packaged securely and meet the conditions outlined above.
    • Returns sent without paperwork cannot be identified, and we will be unable to issue a refund or exchange.
  3. Send Your Return Using a Tracked Service

    • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, such as Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery or an equivalent service.
    • If your parcel is lost in transit and does not have a tracking number, we regret that we cannot take responsibility for lost items.
    • Keep your postage receipt and tracking number until your return has been processed.

Refund Details

  • Refunds will be issued for the total RRP value of the returned items, excluding the original postage cost.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Processing Time

  • Please allow 15 working days from the date of posting your parcel for your return to be processed and your refund issued.
  • Once a refund has been issued, it may take 3-4 working days to appear in your account. This timeframe depends on your bank or card issuer and is outside our control.
